The company MX-Vector offers an online sales service for all kinds of stickers, representing thousands of combinations of models, sizes, and different colors.

These general terms and conditions of sale govern commercial transactions carried out on the website www.mx-vector.com
3: Order Content:
MX-Vector declines all responsibility for any consequences related to the content of texts, logos, or custom designs ordered by its clients.
4: Order:
The final preview available to the client at the time of their order serves as a personalized production proof and cannot be modified. By placing an order, the client accepts the applied pricing as well as the delivery method. MX-Vector cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for errors, omissions, or spelling mistakes, as the client has previously verified the accuracy of their order before final validation.
5: Payment:
Payment must be made by the buyer at the time of the order. At no time can the sums paid be considered as deposits or down payments. The total amount of the order will be charged by MX-Vector upon validation of the order. In the case of payment by check, it will be cashed upon receipt. All orders are payable in euros. To pay for their order, the buyer has all the payment methods listed on the order form: online bank card via PayPal. As part of the fight against online fraud, information related to your order may be transmitted to third parties for verification.
6: Delivery:
Once your payment has been validated, the virtual products can be downloaded via the link received by email or through your customer account.
The vector templates purchased on the website MX-Vector.com are under copyright; they may be used for personal and commercial design purposes only. Resale is strictly prohibited.
7: Refunds:
It is not possible to request a refund or an exchange for your order because these are downloadable virtual products (Art. L121-20-2 paragraph 2 of the French Consumer Code).
Therefore, no refund or file exchange can be requested by the client.
