What is the Right of Withdrawal?
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers generally have a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a distance contract without having to provide a reason.
To facilitate the exercise of this right, consumers may submit a withdrawal request using the form available below.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

Upon receipt of your request, MX-Vector will review your order and determine whether the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
A confirmation of receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your customer account.
Important Information Regarding Digital Products
MX-Vector specializes in the sale of downloadable digital vector templates.
These products are supplied electronically and become available immediately after payment through a download link and/or the customer's account.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-physical medium when:

The customer has expressly requested immediate access to the digital content;

The customer has acknowledged that this immediate access results in the loss of the right of withdrawal;

The digital content has been made available to the customer.
As access to purchased templates is generally granted immediately after payment, withdrawal requests relating to downloaded digital products will normally not qualify for a refund.
Why a Withdrawal Request May Be Refused
Although consumers have the possibility to submit a withdrawal request, certain orders may not be eligible for withdrawal under applicable law.
This may include, but is not limited to:

Downloadable digital products already made available to the customer;

Orders for which the customer has expressly agreed to immediate execution of the contract;

Orders falling within one of the exceptions provided by Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Each request will be reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the order.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access to the purchased files has been granted.
Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically result in a refund.
